Our stay had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, being so close to the beach. The staff was attentive and eager to assist, which made for a pleasant experience. However, we had major issues with the cleanliness and condition of the room, and the dining was less than satisfactory. It felt like a lot of potential was wasted due to these drawbacks.

We had a good overall experience at the resort, especially enjoying the spacious villa and the private beach. However, the management needs significant improvement, particularly in room service and housekeeping. Billing practices were also quite frustrating, especially for a resort setting. It could be a wonderful getaway with the right attention to details.
